What the information here is

Editorial opinion and analysis, based on manufacturers' published specifications and on retail prices retrieved at the time a page was built. It is offered for general information and is not professional, safety, electrical or legal advice.

We do not test the products we write about, and we say so on every page that recommends one. Our rankings are arithmetic performed on published figures. Where a manufacturer publishes nothing, we say so rather than filling the gap.

Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to read specifications correctly and to cite the source and the date. Manufacturers revise specifications, discontinue products and change packaging without notice, and retailers change prices constantly. We make no warranty that any figure on this site is current at the moment you read it, and the retailer's own listing is authoritative for price and availability.

If you find an error, tell us at info@lumenandledger.com. We will check it against the manufacturer's published source and either correct the page or explain why the figure stands.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are retrieved from retailers and displayed with the time they were retrieved. They are indicative only, they change without notice, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell. The price you pay is the one the retailer charges at checkout.

Safety note

Lithium-ion cells store a lot of energy. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, do not use damaged or swollen cells, do not charge unattended on a soft surface, and dispose of cells through proper recycling. This site is not a substitute for the safety guidance supplied with your product.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
