Corrections first. If a number on this site is wrong, we want to know before you do anything else.

What we would most like to hear about
Corrections, above everything else. Every specification on this site is read from a manufacturer's published source on a stated date, and manufacturers revise those sources. If a figure here is wrong, tell us at info@lumenandledger.com and we will check it and fix it.
- A figure on the site that does not match what the manufacturer publishes today.
- A product that has been discontinued, or one whose specification has been revised.
- A light we should be covering, with a link to its published specification.
- A question about why a ranking is ordered the way it is — those often become guide pages.
- A broken link, a page that will not load, or anything that reads as unclear.
What we cannot help with
We cannot diagnose a specific fault with your light, arrange a warranty claim, or tell you which of two products is better in ways that go beyond their published specifications — we have not handled either of them. For a light that will not charge, our troubleshooting guide covers the six things worth trying before contacting a manufacturer.
We also cannot accept products, offer paid placements, or publish sponsored content, and asking will get a polite no. Those are not negotiating positions; they are the terms on which the site can make the claims it makes.

Common questions
How do I report an incorrect figure?
Use the form on this page or email info@lumenandledger.com with the page and the number you believe is wrong. We check it against the manufacturer's published source and either correct the page or explain why the figure stands. Corrections are noted on the page rather than made silently.
Can I send you a product to review?
No, and please do not. We accept no manufacturer-supplied review units, no free products and no sponsored placements. Accepting one would break the only claim this site makes about itself. If you would like a product considered for coverage, send us a link to the published specification instead.
Do you take advertising?
No. The site is funded entirely by Amazon affiliate commissions, disclosed on every page carrying a buy link. There are no display ads, no sponsored posts and no paid placements in any ranking.
